How do I place an Order?

DELIVERY

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We offer international shipping to all destinations, except russia and belorussia

COST AND TERMS
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out using a Nova Poshta service within 2-7 working days from the date of ordering.

Worldwide delivery:
– using international delivery, shipping cost is $20, estimated time of arrival is 14-21 working days;
-Via express delivery DHL / Fedex, shipping cost is $120, delivery time is 2-8 working days depending on the country of the recipient.
We are not responsible for the operation of delivery services.

PICKUP FROM THE STORE
It is also possible to pick up your purchase from our showroom at the address: Odessa, French Boulevard, 26/1, indicating in the comments the “pickup” method while placing an order. After processing the order, we will contact you and set the day and time when you can receive the order.

RETURNS | EXCHANGE | CANCELLATION | CHANGES

PRODUCT RETURN AND EXCHANGE

According to the legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that are NOT subject to return and exchange: “Jewelry of proper quality, specified in the list of non-food goods, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, is not subject to return and exchange.”

In some cases, it is possible to issue an exchange within 14 calendar days after the actual receipt of the parcel. This period does not include the duration of delivery. To do this, you need to write to us by mail and indicate the reason for exchanging the product.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION
If there is a need to cancel the order, please visit cancellation page, indicating the order number and other details.
Please note that you can place a cancellation request no longer than 2 days since your purchase. In case of order cancellation, the refund will be made within 3-21 business days, depending on the work of your bank.

ADDING CHANGES TO THE ORDER
If there is a need to make changes to the order, please write to us on our e-mail [email protected] no longer 2 days since placing the order. Indicate the order number in the subject line. In the letter, indicate all the details regarding changes, additional products, deadlines etc.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Each order we provide with a branded bag and a box where you can also store jewellery. Our packaging is perfect for a gift.

HOW TO TAKE CARE

All products are resistant to changes but will require special care. Jewelry should be protected from direct contact with chlorinated or salt water, aggressive cosmetics and perfumes. Any of the listed products can spoil the appearance of the decoration. We also recommend storing jewelry in bags or boxes that are included in the package, separate from other products. You can find more detailed information on the care of an individual product in the product description.

Silver products may darken over time. In the packaging, we add a special napkin that will help take care of the product.

GOT BROKEN?
Each product is made by hand and is controlled at all stages of production. We value and care about our customers, that’s why we guarantee the jewelry after purchase. In case of damage to the product within 6 months of constant wear or lack, the client has the opportunity to send a request for jewelry repair. To do this, you need to write to us by mail and indicate the reason for the request.

DISCOUNTS

DO WE HAVE DISCOUNTS?
We do not have seasonal discounts, since all jewellery is available for order throughout the whole year, regardless of the season. The only days when you can buy our jewellery at a discount are during Black Friday.

ДОГЛЯД | ГАРАНТІЯ

Усі вироби стійкі до змін, але потребуть спеціального догляду. Прикраси слід вберегти від прямого попадання на них хлорованної або солоної води, агресивних косметичних засобів та парфумів. Будь який з перелічених продуктів може зіпсувати зовнішній вигляд прикраси. Також рекомендуємо зберігати прикраси в окремих від інших виробів мішечках або скриньках, які ідуть в комплекті. Більш детальну інформацію по догляду за окремим продуктом ви можете знайти в описі продукта.

Вироби із срібла з часом можуть потемнішати. В пакування ми додаємо спеціальну серветку яка допоможе доглядати за виробом.

Кожен виріб зроблений вручну та контролюється на всіх етапах виробництва. Ми цінуємо та піклуємось про наших клієнтів, тому надаємо гарантію на прикрасу після покупки. У разі пошкодження виробу протягом 6 місяців постійної носки або браку в клієнта є можливість відправити запит на ремонт прикраси. Для цього вам потрібно написати нам на почту та вказати причину звернення.

ОБМІН | ПОВЕРНЕННЯ

За законодавством України ювелірні вироби входять до переліку товарів, які НЕ підлягають поверненню та обміну: “Ювелірні вироби належної якості, зазначені в переліку непродовольчих товарів, затвердженому Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 19 березня 1994 року № 172, не підлягають поверненню та обміну.”

В окремих випадках можливо оформити обмін протягом 14 календарних днів після фактичного отримання посилки. Цей період не включає тривалість доставки. Для цього вам необхідно написати нам на почту та вказати причину обміну товару.
